Is ADHD Mentoring for me?
Do you wish you had had this diagnosis a long time ago and regret past behaviour or choices?
Are you now concerned about not being believed or perhaps dismissed by family and friends?
Do you fear judgement and shame when you tell people about your diagnosis?
Do you feel blame towards your parents for not picking it up when you were younger?
Do you feel that you've been robbed of many years of your life?
Are you now concerned about not being believed or perhaps dismissed by family and friends?
Do you harbour a sense of guilt, sadness and grief of the missed potential opportunities?
Are overwhelmed about the next steps regarding medication, lifestyle or therapy choices?
It’s okay, I’m here to bring you home
From one lost girl to another, let me tell you;
“Masking your ADHD takes a significant toll on your health, confidence and very identity”
Getting a late diagnosis (whether self or official) can come with strong feelings of injustice, grief, and thoughts of “What could have been”.
Maybe you're reflecting on past relationship challenges and seeing how your unmanaged ADHD played a role in your forgetfulness or challenges around life tasks or chronic lateness
Maybe you went to therapy and paid astronomical fees to see a professional only to have your experience invalidated or dismissed or felt like it was all down to you to try harder”.
Maybeyou lost years to the addictive behaviours that can come with ADHD impulsivity and self soothing
In the beginning of my ADHD journey, it was easy to fluctuate between the joy of understanding 'why I am the way I am', and the sadness of the hardships that could have been avoided.
Coming Home looks different to everyone, and I love guiding women with ADHD to find the right match for their lifestyle.
Every day I choose the tools and strategies that work for me, depending on what I need.
By helping you do the same I can empower you to feel more in control of your mood, emotional health and show you how to design a life that works for you…
Spending your life with a differently wired, yet desperately trying to fit in and function is exhausting.
Is it time to come home?
Let me share some of my story, I was a “lost girl” too
After receiving an ADHD diagnosis myself at age 48, I understand intimately how your life suddenly feels turned upside down, while simultaneously making a lot more sense.
I know what it’s like to wonder why you feel different – and I understand the relief that can come from getting the answers you need.
My previous 48 years was a roller coaster of magic, brilliance and creative flair to chaos, misadventure and despair.
Self-doubt, imposter syndrome, heightened sensitivity, self doubt and overwhelm were some of the constants of my ADHD symptoms, alongside the usual suspects of being pretty forgetful, difficulty in being present, easily distracted, constantly losing items and generally just being a bit scatty.
Maybe you can relate?
As a high-masking woman with ADHD, you’ve hidden your challenges for so long that it can be hard to ask for help – even when you need it most.
You take on too much, struggle with boundaries and say YES more than you say NO. You strive for perfection, unaware of the pressure you’re piling on in your attempt to be everything for everyone.
Just like you, I’ve felt overwhelmed, burnt out, guilt-ridden, shameful, exhausted, fearful, sleep-deprived, resentful, anxious, self-critical, directionless, worthless…it is quite a list.
You probably have felt the weight of crippling perfectionism, people-pleasuring, compensatory over-achieving, burnout, and deep emotional dysregulation
Bringing the Lost Girls Home provides a safe space to share your story, find meaning in past experiences, and navigate the journey from self-awareness to acceptance and to thriving.
I’ve created and also partnered with experts to bring you wellbeing and lifestyle tools that can change the way you think and process your feelings – so you can live a richer life..
I’ll guide you to your inner wisdom and the essence of who you are releasing the inner critic and the negative self-talk that has held you back.
It is here you can start unlearning societal expectations that aren’t meant for you, you can start to remove the mask you wear around others, and you can start to build a life that you truly love and highlight all the amazing strengths are also part of your brilliant ADHD brain.

Client Experiences of Working with Me
“Therapy with Rebecca through this unique neurodiverse lens supports both my spiritual journey and my ADHD parts.
After Rebecca helped unwind the anxiety I had suffered my whole life we were able to work on the next layer my relationships and then some my other unhealthy habits.
During one session Rebecca asked me if I had considered how my neurodiversity might have impacted all of these areas.
I hadn’t even considered ADHD and my previous therapist had never picked it up.
A lightbulb went off for me and the rest is history.
Our fortnightly therapy can be about ADHD pscyho-education, assistance to structure my schedule and guidance on how to communicate in relationships.
This support changes everything

Rebecca’s wisdom, understanding and practical knowledge allowed me to steer my life in a direction where calm, peace and true confidence could grow.
She’s compassionate and kind but raw and real too. Her warmth, sparkling energy and ability to cut through any B.S gave me the confidence to make the huge changes I needed to create a life that worked for me.

“I came to Rebecca for a safe space to have the complex dynamics of my family, my business and my relationships witnessed.
Therapy through a neurodiverse lens is so powerful.
Learning about how to manage my sensitivities to criticism, pushing myself too burnout through relentless overachieving, and ways to fill that gaping hole inside where I have never felt enough is life changing.
