My work is grounded in psychotherapy, with hypnotherapy and mind-body approaches integrated where helpful. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck and is often outside of conscious awareness.

Hypnotherapy can be a powerful way to work at a deeper level. In a calm, focused state, we can begin to shift long-held patterns, reduce anxiety, and create new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are now.

This is not about losing control, but about gaining greater awareness and choice — so that change feels natural, not forced.

Each session is tailored to you — whether we focus on insight, practical tools, or deeper therapeutic work.

Sessions are offered online, allowing you to access support wherever you are in the world.

As our work deepens, you begin to reconnect with your own internal resources, developing greater clarity, confidence, and the ability to respond differently to what once felt overwhelming.

Let me share something about me…

A little about me

I’m a Masters-qualified psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, working with women navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My path into this work has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Before retraining, I worked in Public Relations and later became a mother — experiences that deepened my understanding of identity, pressure, and the complexity of change.

Since 2013, I’ve undertaken extensive postgraduate study in psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy, alongside ongoing professional development. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, while also recognising that meaningful change often happens beyond insight alone.

I’m particularly interested in how we can feel stuck in patterns — repeating ways of thinking, feeling, or relating — even when part of us wants something different. Together, we work to gently understand and shift those patterns, so that change feels sustainable and aligned with who you are.

Many of the women I work with are navigating life in a new environment, including those living abroad. I understand the mix of freedom and uncertainty that can come with that — and how it can bring both growth and emotional challenge.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Sessions may include a blend of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and mind-body techniques, depending on what feels most helpful.

I currently work with clients online, both internationally and those based in Paris.

I believe that real change happens when you feel both supported and understood — and when you can reconnect with your own inner resources in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

 So what exactly does a clinical hypnotherapist do?

Three Pillars of Overcoming Obstacles in Hypnotherapy

Pillar One - Release

One of the first stages of overcoming your confidence blocks through hypnotherapy is being able to look at the cause - whether it is an event, experience or emotion - with a degree of distance that the trance offers.

This means you can bypass the anxiety or the re-traumatising that happens when you have to tell your story again. 

In the safety of hypnosis, with support and guidance, you can begin to release the intensity of the emotions, the fear, and the painful stories.

Pillar Two - Reframe

Releasing your triggers and coming into an embodied confidence around former blocks is supremely empowering.

In hypnosis, it is possible to see where your trigger was first pulled, yet be able to place some distance between you and this event.

In this space, we can begin to use our kind, compassionate, adult wisdom to see the bigger picture and REFRAME the past.

Maybe you can forgive yourself and see a higher perspective?

Maybe you can comfort that part of you that is still a frightened child?

Maybe you can see just how possible it is to leave the old stories behind with a deeper compassion for yourself?

Pillar Three - Recreate

Giving your unconscious mind the opportunity in hypnosis to recreate the old stories and perspectives into something that is safe, positive and grounding is powerful.

This is because your unconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real and vividly imagined.

There is alchemy here in using the science of hypnosis to guide you through a mental rehearsal of the steps required to reach your goal, so you can practice how it might play out and how good you can really feel. 

Hypnosis plays with time distortion. I can help you acquire the virtual experience of how you would feel if you followed the steps towards creating a healthy habit for example and then sustained this healthy habit for a period of time.

If you can visualise how you would think, look and feel as if you had already achieved our goal then you start feeling the emotional benefits immediately.
